With more than 26 years of public relations and marketing experience, Claudia Dal Lago brings a strategic, integrated approach to helping businesses build their brands, strengthen their visibility and connect meaningfully with the audiences that matter most. Claudia partners closely with clients to develop their overall marketing and communications strategy, identify opportunities for growth and create customized programs that bring their brands to life across multiple channels. Her work encompasses brand strategy and positioning, public relations and media relations, thought leadership, strategic partnerships and brand activations, digital and social media, advertising, content development, influencer marketing, events and ongoing marketing counsel.
Throughout her career, Claudia has represented national and emerging brands at leading global public relations agencies and through in-house communications roles, as well as entrepreneurial, small and midsize businesses through Ella Creations Marketing & PR. Her clients have included Weight Watchers International, Dannon, Tropicana, Subway, Proctor & Gamble, Hasbro, Wines of Chile, Maille Mustard, Scharffen Berger Chocolate, Crystorama chandeliers, DietBet. Today, her client experience spans financial services and hospitality, food and beverage, medical and aesthetics, health and wellness, lifestyle, design, wealth management, legal, and other professional service industries in Southwest Florida.
Known for taking a highly personalized and hands-on approach, Claudia works as an extension of her clients’ teams, bringing together strategy, creativity, relationships and more than two decades of communications experience to ensure every marketing effort supports the larger goals of the business.
Claudia graduated from Boston University with a B.S. in Communications and a B.S. in Hospitality Management. She lived in Switzerland before attending university and is fluent in Spanish and English, and proficient in French. Claudia was born and raised in Panama City, Panama, and now resides in Naples, Florida, with her husband and two sons.
Christy Pagoni
Senior Account Executive
With a background in Marketing and Social Media Management, Christy is an integral member of the agency implementing marketing activities for all clients, and supporting Claudia on a day-to-day basis. She creates content and elevates brand recognition through a variety of tactics including social media, online marketing, content writing, video editing and research.
Christy graduated from Florida State University with a B.A. in Editing, Writing and Media Communications. Prior to joining Ella Creations, she was the Past Director, Event Coordinator and Content Creator for the SWFL Soap Opera Festival, benefitting specials needs and children’s charities. Christy was born and raised in Connecticut, and moved to Marco Island during middle school. Christy currently lives in north Naples with her husband and son.
Gabriela Riestra
Account Executive
Gabriela supports Ella Creations’ clients through strategic communications, digital marketing and brand storytelling With a background in public relations, marketing and social media, she manages social media initiatives, develops content calendars and creates copy across platforms, while supporting broader marketing efforts through photography, email marketing, website content, video editing, research and campaign planning.
Gabriela graduated from Florida Gulf Coast University with a degree in Communications with a concentration in Public Relations. Prior to joining Ella Creations, she gained experience in social media management, photography, event coordination and client relations. She is also the founder of Dabriela, a lifestyle and events brand that has expanded her experience in creative strategy, community engagement and brand development. Originally from Colombia, Gabriela is bilingual in Spanish and English and has called Naples home for many years.
Amanda Doino
Account Executive
Amanda assists the team with day-to-day marketing and public relations efforts, including social media management, content creation, media outreach, research and digital marketing across a variety of client accounts.
Amanda graduated cum laude from Florida Gulf Coast University’s Honors College. A longtime Southwest Florida resident, she has lived in Naples more than 20 years. Outside of work, Amanda enjoys spending time with her horse, friends and family.
