With more than 24 years of public relations and marketing experience, Claudia Dal Lago utilizes a combination of new and emerging communications channels with mainstream marketing strategies to communicate her clients’ stories in a unique and creative way. She partners with clients to develop a strategic marketing vision, implement customized programs, and provide ongoing marketing management and counsel. Claudia has represented national and emerging brands at leading global PR agencies and in-house communications, as well as small to midsize businesses on a consulting basis, in the health, fitness, food and beverage, lifestyle, hospitality, medical, and legal industries. Her clients have included Weight Watchers International, Dannon, Tropicana, Subway, Proctor & Gamble, Hasbro, Wines of Chile, Maille Mustard, Scharffen Berger Chocolate, Crystorama chandeliers, DietBet, Naples Aesthetic Institute, The Collective, Naples Design District, Coleman, Taylor, Klaus, Doupé, Diaz & Torrez, PA, Richlin International, Osteria Tulia, Bar Tulia, The French, and the Naples Design District, based in Southwest Florida.
Claudia graduated from Boston University with a B.S. in Communications and a B.S. in Hospitality Management. She lived in Switzerland before attending university and is fluent in Spanish and English and proficient in French. Claudia was born and raised in Panama City, Panama, and now resides in Naples, Florida, with her husband and two sons.
Christy Pagoni
Senior Account Executive
With a background in Marketing and Social Media Management, Christy is an integral member of the agency implementing marketing activities for all clients, and supporting Claudia on a day-to-day basis. She creates content and elevates brand recognition through a variety of tactics including social media, online marketing, content writing, video editing and research. Her clients include The Local, the Naples Aesthetic Institute, Coleman, Taylor, Klaus, Doupé, Diaz & Torrez, PA., High Tide Studio, Summerfields as well as real estate clients.
Christy graduated from Florida State University with a B.A. in Editing, Writing and Media Communications. Prior to joining Ella Creations, she was the Past Director, Event Coordinator and Content Creator for the SWFL Soap Opera Festival, benefitting specials needs and children’s charities. Christy was born and raised in Connecticut, and moved to Marco Island during middle school. Christy currently lives in north Naples.
Mary Field
Senior Account Executive
Jillian assists the team with all day-to-day marketing efforts from research, content creation and social media management, to writing, email marketing and event logistics. She manages social media efforts for a variety of clients including the Campagna Hospitality Group, The Collective, Naples Design Group, and GWT Outdoors.
Prior to working at Ella Creations, Jillian was the Communications and Events Coordinator for a local private country club. She graduated from Florida State University with a major in Advertising and minor in Innovation. Born and bred in Naples, Jillian is a true Neapolitan and currently resides in the heart of Naples.
Mary, an experienced social media, digital marketing and Content Specialist with a demonstrated history of working with beauty and lifestyle brands, brings a fresh perspective to the team. She spearheads the online marketing efforts for clients by creating quality, on-brand written and visual content for publication on various social media and email marketing platforms, and conducts social media management, research and key metric analysis. In addition, Mary oversees client event management, and overall marketing. Her clients include, Hogfish Harry's, Naples Design District, The Collective, Island Gypsy, Richlin International and the Campagna Hospitality Group.
Mary is a graduate of The University of the Arts London, London College of Fashion with a B.A. in Fashion marketing and a concentration in social media marketing and content/brand strategy. Previous to joining the Ella Creations team, Mary was the Social Media Manager for a local beauty franchise as well as a marketing intern for The New Naples. Mary was born and raised in New England, then moved to London, England for school. Mary currently resides in Naples, FL.
